IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!!
To ensure your date is available, please reach out to us prior to booking to make sure your date is available. A 50% non-refundable deposit (retainer fee) will be due at the time of booking.
Remaining balances are due 2 weeks prior to the event. If you book your event 2 weeks away from your desired date, full payment will be due to ensure all supplies can be purchased and received prior to your event.
Should the event date be less than 3 weeks at the time of booking full payment is due and a rush fee will be incurred. Please note, Ad’s Custom Creations reserves the right to add late fees for any balance not paid within the respective timeframe.
The Loyalty Package (up to 20 people-$850)
Minimum 2 hour set up
This package includes one backdrop Photo Booth,
one balloon arch, custom table/chair decor. (10) custom chip bags and (10) custom water bottles
(client must provide tables and chairs.)
The Dream Package (up to 30 people-
$950) Minimum 2 hour set up
This package includes one backdrop Photo Booth,
two (2) balloon arches-one for photo booth and one for candy table, custom table/chair decor candy table decor. (15) custom chip bags and (15) custom water bottles
(client must provide candy, tables and chairs.)
The Perfect Package (up to 50 people-
$1200) Minimum 2 hour set up
This package includes one backdrop Photo Booth
with accessories, two (2) balloon arches-one for
photo booth and one for candy table, two (2)
balloon columns, custom table/chair decor, candy table decor ,(25)custom chip bags and 25 custom water bottles.
(client must provide candy, tables and chairs.)
The Exclusive Package (up to 100 people-
$1500) Minimum 3 hour set up
This package includes one Photo Booth with
accessories, two (2) balloon arches-one for photo
booth and one for candy table, three (3) balloon
columns, custom table/chair decor, custom
centerpieces, candy table decor ,(50) custom chip bags and (50)custom water bottles.
(client must provide candy, tables and chairs.)
The Royalty Package (up to 200 people-
$2200) Minimum 4 hour set up
This package includes one Photo Booth with
accessories, two (2) balloon arches-one for photo
booth and one for candy table, one (1) balloon
arch for entry way, four (4) balloon columns,
custom table/chair decor, custom centerpieces,
candy table decor , (100) custom chip bags , (100) custom water bottles and 1 digital
invitation.
(Client must provide candy, tables and
chairs.)
HELPFUL INFORMATION
Ad’s Custom Creations is not responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents, etc. that occurs before/during/after your event. If any item provided by Ad’s Custom Creations such as, but not limited to, table covers, chair covers, centerpieces, accessories, etc. are damaged, broken, or altered in any way before/during/after your event you, as the client, will be responsible for all costs to replace the item(s). An invoice will be sent for immediate payment. You as the client agree to ensure the proper handling of all Ad’s Custom Creations property throughout the duration of your event. Client agrees, by booking with Ad’s Custom Creations, to sign a contract agreeing to all policies, rules, regulations, etc. provided by Ad’s Custom Creations and if any portion of the contract is not adhered to you, as the client, will be responsible/liable for all outcomes. Paying any portion of the invoice also serves as an agreement, acknowledgement and full responsibility/liability for all policies, rules, regulations, etc.
Ad’s Custom Creations is not responsible for cleaning the venue space prior to or concluding your event. You, as the client, will be responsible for cleaning the venue, putting away tables/chairs, etc. Ad’s Custom Creations is released from all liabilities resulting in the misuse and/or mishandling of any one person, venue, event space, equipment, etc. Client assumes all responsibilities for the event space (indoor and outdoor), guest, patrons, etc. before/during/after the event.
